Wills
Either you make a Will or the Government makes one for you. The problem with this is that you might not agree with who benefits.
When you die if you have left a properly constituted Will your Estate will be distributed as you wish. If you haven’t then you are deemed to have died Intestate, in which case the State decides who gets what. You will have also lost any chance of reducing the tax on your death (Inheritance Tax)
A Will should also be reviewed on a regular basis as laws change which can affect the outcome of an existing Will, in general this should be every 2 years or so.
We at Globe have a specialist Will writing section that can take your instructions and help and advise what will work best in your circumstances.
The Financial Services Authority does not regulate will writing.
"I would like to thank you in particular for all your help and advice and also please extend my thanks to your colleagues at Globe."
